Garment(s) Rental Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to this agreement you the renter agree to the terms and conditions listed in each section of this agreement above. You understand that once the rental fee is paid this agreement is active and will remain active until all request are fulfilled within this agreement between the renter and Manikin LLC. If for any reason you the renter cancel your rental request there are no refunds or exchange of services for pre paid monies that was paid to cover the following but not limited to: Shipping , Rental fee, Travel fees to members of Manikin LLC. You also agree to be held accountable for any damage done to garment(s) listed during the time specified above while the garment(s) are in your possession.You agree to pay the full retail amount of the garment(s) listed above that’s rented if for any reason garment(s) are damaged, lost, or stolen while in your possession within 48 hours after your scheduled return rental date. You agree to pay all monies listed in this agreement that is required in a form of a PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or in person Payment to either Qaysean Williams or Manikin LLC as it states in this agreement. If agreement is breached in anyway shape or form due to the fault of the renter you agree to abide by this agreement in the manner of the situation. You also understand that only the person listed above shall wear the garment(s) rented and no other person(s). You Agree to properly credit Manikin LLC (@ManikinMob) and designer QayseanRoe(@QayseanRoe) as the designer of the garment(s) on all of platforms where the garment(s) will be posted by you including by not limited to Instagram,Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Personal portfolio's, Websites, and Pinterest. You agree to return garment(s) on time, if items are not returned on the date and time selected above by you the renter, you agree to pay $45 late fee each day the garment(s) is not returned up to 10 days of specified return date. After 10 days, you understand that the garment(s) listed in this agreement will beconsidered "lost item(s)" to Manikin LLC and the you the renter is responsible for paying the full retail amount of the garment(s) listed above to Manikin LLC through the forms of payments listed above within 48 hours from 12AM on the 11th Day. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree to pay all shipping fees should they occur during the process of the garment(s) being transported from Manikin LLC to the renter and from the renter to Manikin LLC during the duration of this agreement. You agree to all of the terms and conditions listed in this agreement.
